Every BF2142 server we install comes equipped with a pre built set of config files, including the necessary configs for using the admin application BF2142cc. As soon as your order has been confirmed your server will be provisioned, which is a fully automated process, enabling your server to be accessible within just a few hours.

Should you want to go down the route of customisation, our game server control panel makes life very easy for you. Simply select the relevant custom content from our extensive library, and let the automated download and installation function do its job. Additionally, you can also add any custom maps of mods you have manually, as we allow ftp access directly to your server’s directory, or the ability to use the built in file manager. This means you can also efficiently manage your multiple config files, or you could choose to use the built in live config editor, to make changes and adjustments on the fly!

Game Details

Set in the 22nd Century during a new ice age, BF2142 places you at the heart of a battle for dominance over the remaining resources left on earth.

This futuristic shooter is based on the hugely popular BF2 engine, although it has undergone some serious modifications. Designed specifically around the multiplayer aspect this game is a huge improvement on its predecessor BF2. Introducing a revised ranking system allowing players to select weapon upgrades each time they level up, as opposed to having to buy them, not to mention the additional combinations that are now possible.

In addition to the new weapons system, BF2142 comes with an all new game mode, Titan, which is unbelievably frantic, whilst still retaining that option for the teams to go the all out tactical assault route should they wish. Essentially the two teams have to assault and destroy the opposing teams Titan, (which is basically a humongous ship), but whilst doing so they also need to be defending their own!! If that sounds good, wait until you hear the fact that it still retains the 64 player limit, to ensure that although it may be based around a single battle, rarther than a full out war, this game type still feels every bit as huge as any other battle you have encountered during the Battlefield series.
