Ever went back to a old console? For the nostalgia value?

I did last night. Man, I’ve forgotten how fun the ps2 was. Forgot all the highs- Resident Evil 4, Shadow of the Collousus, Jak and Daxter…

Probably just me on the last one.

Anywhos, the first thing I noticed on starting a quick* game of resi 4 was how alien the control pad was to me. Lost count of how many times I automatically reached for a mouse that wasn’t there and dropped the controller as a result.

My total amount of deaths at the end of the game was 234. Go figure.

* Replace ” quick” with ” That was the intention but I didn’t notice just how fast time can fly… and woah it’s 4 in the morning and my eyes are screaming bloody mary for sleep and a blink since I’ve not blinked since I started playing.

So, other stuff that’s been happening…

Exams, recession, more exams, going outside into daylight and automatically bursting into flames as I’ve not been in natural light for months. I kid, I kid.

On the gaming side of stuff, they’re bringing out a new TF2 update :D:D:D:D

And that’s all I got.

And I’m back, and I’m not gonna disappear for months on end now, just weeks at most

Ahh its good to be back.
