Chaos for the ZX Spectrum

I had a real debate with some of the XTR crew this week about whether games have become less playable over the years. I am of course referring to games that have become so graphically intense that it’s more like watching a movie than it is playing a game.

It could be that I’m growing too old for this (personally I don’t think so), but I came into the gaming scene with the Beebs, Speccies and later STs.

The screenshot is from one of my all time faves, Chaos for the speccy. It was really addictive, yet the graphics were shocking compared to COD4.
