Red Dwarf Back to Earth

I have been reliably informed that the cult icon of a show that is Red Dwarf, will return to our screens on the 10th April 9pm (Easter weekend) with a brand new two part offering, going by the name of Red Dwarf: Back To Earth. Written by Grant Naylor (Co-Creators of Red Dwarf), and staring all the original cast (Craig Charles, Danny John-Jules, Robert Llewellyn and Chris Barrie), this is set to be an almighty explosion of pleasure for any fan of the series.

Additionally, once the two-parter has concluded, we will be further rewarded with Red Dwarf Unplugged. This is described as a ‘no holds barred episode’. Essentially the cast will air an episode with no effects, no sets, but more excitingly NO SCRIPT!!

The Red Dwarf weekend (lets face it, Easter won’t get a look in with this going on!), will conclude with a behind the scenes documentary on the making of the new back to earth episode.

All this merryment will be brought to us courtesy of Dave, who are not only lucky enough to have secured this as an exclusive, but who are also kind enough to offer up loads of pre-air clips.
