Support centre integration completed

Just a quick update for you all….

As mentioned in my first of this years updates, we were going ahead with the integration of our support centre and knowledge base into the XTR account management panel. Well I am pleased to announce that it has now been completed, ahead of schedule too!

Logging a ticket is still possible by email, but to log one via the control panel (it gives you more options), simply log into your client area and hit the submit ticket button.

Although not a humongous infrastructoral ammendment, it certainly takes the pain out of using 3 systems. I say 3 systems because the knowledgebase was also separate system, and will also soon be integrated into the XTR account management system.

The knowledge base will take slightly longer due to the ammount of articles to transfer………. manually :(
