I have around 3gb of ram now. Still, No luck.

But it is ok because I can play it on my other computer

TBH the best fix for any steam/steam game problem is to delete the .blob files in the steam directory and steam.dll. The files download again when you start steam again. It fixes probably 90% of all problems and is definately what i do first when it comes to steam problems

Any time i have any issue with css i just delete clientregistry.blob from the steam folder, then start up steam, it runs a little update and resolves most issues ive ever had with the game.

I know this is an old thread, but could be usefull info for someone.
