At XTR game servers we are always happy to hear from people who are in need of sponsorship, and run a very healthy sponsorship program, which we like to think represents our commitment towards the various gaming communities that exist.

With this in mind, please feel free to submit a request for sponsorship, but before doing so bear the following rules and guidelines in mind.

Failure to stick to these rules WILL result in your application being instantly rejected, and possible account suspension.!!

• DO NOT PM YOUR APPLICATION TO ADMINS, MODERATORS OR TEC-SUPPORT
  
• You Must have an active website. No website no sponsorhip, so don't waste time applying
• Once your application is posted, leave us to it. Pestering, spamming or constantly chasing us will not do your application any favours at all!!
  
• Do not hijack someone elses thread, post your own!.
  
• When posting your request, specify whether you are asking for 'Clan Sponsorship', 'Event Sponsorship', or 'Other Sponsorship'.
• Post your request, once and only once. Spamming the forum with multiple applications will not only harm your sponsorship chances, but may also result in further action being taken, as per the forums T's & C's.
• Give us a much info as possible, as the more info we have the easier it will be to review your application. Obviously, do not include your email within your application, we will retrieve it from your profile. We don't want you being spammed now do we .
• If you need to change your application, or add further information, do so in your original applications thread, DO NOT make a new thread.
• Use your common sense, after all you have come to us asking for free stuff !!!!!

If you are unsure of what information we are looking for from you, here are some suggestions: -

• Firstly, try and refrain from telling us that you are the best clan out there, and you practice everyday, and everyone else sux0rs... blah blah blah. we hear it all the time. Try sticking to telling us ABOUT your clan, not how good you think you are.[/*:m:1wx7ldem]
• Clan Name & background info
• Website(s) details, including your URL (You must have an active website to apply)
• Names of key clan personnel, (it would also be helpful to have them register should we need to contact them)[/*:m:1wx7ldem]
• Level of web traffic your site(s) receive[/*:m:1wx7ldem]
• Games played, ladders & leagues participated in (if any) with ranking[/*:m:1wx7ldem]
• How you propose that your clan will raise our profile. (Essentially, we would like to hear how you think you will earn your sponsorship)[/*:m:1wx7ldem]

Note: We will only answer your request should we need further information, or should your application be successful. Further information may be asked for either in the application thread, or by email should we feel it be of a sensitive nature.

Bigger Note: All successful applications will be replied to by email, and email only! (So make sure your profile details are up to date).

And don't forget, once you've posted you can always stick around in the forum.... after all, the more we know about you, the more chance your application has
