Playing Dustbowl

We all love the best map ever created, Dustbowl. :P (It's what real men play!) But what about respawn times? I've always pondered this question if whether players liked a faster or default spawn. I don't even have to be Dustbowl, but a Control Point map in general.

Would you rather play in a server with balance for both sides (Attacking and Defending) with a "slower" default time? It's approximately 20 seconds for RED and about 7 for BLU. Any game is more entertaining when enjoying it with friends reaching for the same goal, whether it be trying to capture the point or keeping enemies off your base. Players may have more of an incentive to play more strategically with their survival instincts because of the neverending wait time to spawn.

Or would most of you prefer a faster pace game style on a CP map? We all know it takes out some balance to the game and could potentially remove a lot of team communication and strategy work, which this game was built for. In exchange, we get a quick 'jump in and play' for fun style. No longer are you worried about dieing because you can instantly respawn, but you may never complete the objective or goal and just constantly kill people over and over.

I'm a team player and love to work together using teamwork to beat the opponent. But I also enjoy a fast-paced game where I don't have any worries of losing, dieing, etc. If I'm bored out of my mind, my first solution is to find a fast-pace game like TF2 instant spawn. I'm split between the two spawn times.

I'd like to hear your arguments for both sides, which is better?

Although you may not enjoy playing on Dustbowl, others do.

But I posted this to discuss the various spawn times associated with the map, and which do you guys play the most. I was looking for opinions on faster or slower Dustbowl gameplay, not whether if it was for baddies or not. :P

So, anyone else have strong arguments about this? I'd love to hear them.
