XTR utalise a number of data centres, all of which conform to our strict requirements, and are able to provide network availability in excess of 99.99%, ensuring the very best cutomer experience.

Whether the servers are on Linux or Windows Operating systems, and used for game servers, web hosting or our infrastructure, they are all closely-monitored, in optimum environmental conditions, have 24 hour manned security, CCTV, fire protection, and triple failure power supply.

Network Availability

Our high availability network is 99.99% guaranteed, in line with our service level agreement. Our gigabit internet transit is connected via multiple diversely routed fibre connections, ensuring constant connectivity during a failure.

Power Protection

Each of our data centres are protected by UPS systems ensure immediate protection designed to kick in imediatly in the event of a power failure, guaranteeing seamless power provision. Additionally, diesel generators also kick in at the first sign of a power failure and are capable of running for 3 days without refueling.

Optimal Environmental Conditions

Our data centres are protected by non-ozone depleting under floor air conditioning maintaining a constant 20 degrees Celcius. In the event of one of our cooling systems failing, a backup is in place to ensure maximum protection.

Protection Against Fire

Our data centres are fitted with non-ozone depleting early detection, fire suppression and first class smoke detection systems.

Not only does this system keep yours, and our servers safe, but do so in a way that is completely safe for the environment.
