Our knowledgebase is constantly expanding, and a huge benefit to anyone in the need of answers.We cover a huge amount of topics including articles for all our game & voice servers, as well as a large number of articles giving advice and walkthroughs for many other topics.

3. Log a Support Ticket

All support issues are dealt with via our ticket system operating 24/7 (please browse/post on the forum first, as this helps everybody in the long run). Please create a ticket for any support enquiries not resolved on the forum.

4. Call us

Our support lines are open 24/7, so please call us on 0845 680 3815 to log a ticket. If you create a ticket directly on our ticket system, you may receive a faster response as more information can often be put into the description.

Unless a prior arangement is made, international clients will only be contacted via email or ticket system regarding support issue. We appologise if this causes any inconvenience.
